Who Can Participate in Grant Competition
Children and Youth Unions can take part in the grant competition, announced by the LEPL “Children and Youth Development Fund.”
Citizens with common interests who share the goals and objectives defined by the charter of Youth Unions can become a member of Youth Union and can take part in the activity defined by the articles of association.
As a result of amendments to the Law of Georgia on State Support of Children and Youth Unions, Youth organizations are no longer registered in the Registry of Children and Youth Unions. Youth Union (organization) must be registered in a Public Registry i.e. must represent non entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entity established according to the rule stipulated by the Civil Code of Georgia, the aim of which, according to its foundation documents is protection of the rights and freedom of the youth, promotion of development of their talent and skills and establishment in the society.
